It’s few years old, but still ass-kicking workstation:
dual Xeon E5-2680V2 (40 logical cores), 64GB RAM, GPU Titan X 12GB VRAM (Maxwell arch) SSD for OS and few TBs for data, movies, games, etc…
I’m really curious about upcoming Threadrippers 3000, it’s already time for an upgrade :)

New top Threadripper 3000, probably 3990wx, if it’ll have still 32 cores 64 threads but 10-15% more performance that 2990wx, it’ll be about 3x+ more powerful than your current setup, according to Cinebench r15 scores on HWbot with 2990wx.
It’ll be amazing new processor for you! :) So you can render your artworks very fast ;) It means: happy Tom because of fast work process and render time, happy Tom’s fans (us) because of more content. So everyone will be happy because of Threadripper :)
P.S. “Just buy Threadripper and be happy” © AMD :)))
P.S.S. I don’t impose to buy a senior processor only, if you’ll buy any of Threadripper 3000 with 16 – 32 cores you’ll get a very good perfomance boost ;)
